This is a macka (sandwich) that I just found out that I LOVE!! It is
like a dark bread, which to me tastes like rye bread. Cottage cheese
ruccolasallad-- Rocket salad or something... and tomatoe slices, with
a little bit of salt on the top. So easy to make, and delicious!!
